Returns and Refunds

The withdrawal is regulated by Articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”). For the purposes of exercising this right, the Customer will have a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the moment they acquire physical possession of the purchased Product.

The right of withdrawal will beà exercised by the Customer by sending a communication containing their data, the description of the purchased Product in relation to which they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, the quantity of Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised, the price paid, the purchase date and the delivery date. This communication must beà sent within and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the Products, by registered mail with return receipt or certified email to the address specified at’art. 8 of the General Terms. No è justification is required.

Following the sending of the withdrawal notice, the Customer will be required to return the Products without delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the sending of the withdrawal notice, by means of a carrier of his choice. The cost for returning the Product is borne by the Customer. The Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging.

Returned Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. Therefore, the Seller reserves the right not to accept Products that are part of the same Order that have been returned at different times.

The shipment of the Products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised must be sent to the address of the Seller: Veca spa, Albettone (VI) via dell'Artigianato 8.

It is also recommended to insure the returned Products as no refund will be possible if for any reason the relevant delivery is not received.

The Seller will examine the returned Products and, if the checks on the returned Products have been completed positively, will notify the Customer.

Within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the withdrawal notification, complete with the required information, the Seller will refund the Purchase Price, net of any discounts and/or promotions. Delivery costs and return costs for the returned Products are excluded from the refund. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the returned Products or until the Customer has demonstrated that they have been shipped.

The refund will be transmitted to the Customer through the same payment method used for the purchase.
