Shipping Information

The delivery of the purchased Products will take place through the carrier chosen by the Seller and the purchased Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the Order compilation procedure. The delivery terms, to be understood as indicative and non-binding, are based exclusively on the availability, normal processing of the order and on the delivery times declared by the carriers and do not imply any obligation for the Seller.

The shipment of the Product will take place in the Italian territory and in the European Union. Delivery is expected within 3 (three) working days from the correct payment of the Order, after Order Confirmation. For deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

The shipping rate is €5.00 for the whole of Italy, including the islands. Shipping is free for all orders over €49.90 to Italy, including the islands.

For international shipments, shipping costs will be displayed at the time of payment.

No EXTRA-EU shipments are made.

The Seller will not be held responsible in the event of delays in delivery due to events beyond the control of the Seller. In the event of a delay in delivery, the Seller will notify the Customer by email, to the address indicated at the time of submitting the Order.

The Seller will send the Customer an email confirming the shipment to the carrier, with a link to track the shipment.

The risks relating to the destruction or damage of the Product are transferred from the Seller to the Customer at the time of delivery to the carrier.

The purchased Product will not be insured.
