Refund and Returns Policy
The withdrawal is governed by articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”). For the purposes of exercising this right, the Customer will have a period of 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the moment in which he acquires physical possession of the purchased Product.
The right of withdrawal will be exercised by the Customer by sending a communication containing their data, the description of the Product purchased in relation to which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the quantity of Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised, the price paid, the date of purchase and the date of delivery. This communication must be sent no later than 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Products, by registered letter with return receipt or certified e-mail to the address specified in art. 8 of the General Conditions. It is not necessary to give any reasons.
Following the sending of the notice of withdrawal, the Customer will be required to return the Products without delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days of sending the notice of withdrawal, through the carrier of his choice. The cost of returning the Product is charged to the Customer. The Products must be returned intact, in the original packaging.
The returned Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. Therefore, the Seller reserves the right not to accept Products that are part of the same Order that have been returned at different times.
The shipment of Products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised must be sent to the Seller’s address: Veca spa, Albettone (VI) via dell Artigianato 8.
It is also advisable to insure the returned Products as it will not be possible to obtain any refund if for any reason the relative delivery of the same is not received.
The Seller will examine the returned Products and, in the event that the checks on the returned Products are concluded positively, will notify the Customer.
Within the maximum term of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, complete with the requested data, the Seller will refund the Purchase Price, net of any discounts and / or promotions. The refund does not include delivery costs, as well as the costs of returning the returned Products. In any case, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until he has received the returned Products or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has shipped them.
The refund will be sent to the Customer via the same payment method used for the purchase.
